Remember to give/enter the eventcode "ROCKYTOP" for a discount!
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
If a guest cancels any time prior to arrival due to a last-minute partial or full event cancellation from RTSW or limitations from the guest’s local government orders and the guest does not have Travel Insurance, Mountains Away agrees to offer the guest a credit towards a future stay to be used within 365 days of issuing.
For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable.
