All attendees are asked to book their hotel accommodations through Team Travel Source, the Official Housing Company for VEX. April 27-29 – VRC MS, JROTC, VEX U
April 30-May 2 – VIQC MS
May 2-4 – VIQC ES
Need to pay hotel costs with a school check?
Follow the steps below:

Create your room block on the booking site (Click HERE for a tutorial)

Once block is created, please make sure that all rooms are booked before the group cutoff date.

Once rooms are booked, fill out THIS FORM if you are planning to pay with a check or need a hotel invoice. *please note, invoice will not include initial booking fees, which must be paid by credit card at the time of booking

You will receive an invoice from hotel for actual room charges due

Payment is due based on the date on each invoice.

If payment is not remitted by the due date, rooms are subject to cancellation.
